Manufaktur Jörg Geiger stands for exceptional drinking experiences rooted in the traditional meadow orchards of the Swabian Alb. Since 2003, the manufactory has transformed rare, old fruit varieties into complex beverages by combining hand-picked meadow fruit with carefully selected herbs, flowers, leaves, berries and spices.

Its particular strength lies in creating sophisticated alcohol-free aperitifs and food pairings that offer genuine depth, structure and aromatic complexity. Rather than simply removing alcohol from an existing product, Manufaktur Jörg Geiger develops its alcohol-free creations from the ground up, making them a distinctive alternative for fine dining and special occasions.

Every step—from sourcing and ripening the fruit to processing, blending and bottling—takes place at the manufactory. Sparkling pear wine

Jörg Geiger Sparkling Pear Wine showcases the distinctive character of the rare Champagner Bratbirne pear. The nose offers intense pear aromas with delicate notes of meadow herbs and white blossoms, while the palate is harmonious and dry, with elegant fruit, fine tannins and a subtly nutty finish.

Its refreshing and complex character makes it ideal as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to sweet and savoury starters, delicate fish dishes and light game dishes.

Blanc de Blancs Alcohol Free

Jörg Geiger Blanc de Blancs is an alcohol-free sparkling creation made from organic Chardonnay and Colombard wines. Following bottle fermentation and maturation on the lees, the wine is gently dealcoholised and refined with apple, gooseberry and mandarin juices as well as selected herbs, blossoms and spices. The nose reveals notes of apple, citrus fruit and white blossoms, complemented by delicate brioche aromas, while the palate offers subtle sweetness and an elegant, lingering acidity.

Its refined and refreshing character makes it ideal as an aperitif, for special occasions or as an accompaniment to delicate starters, seafood and light fish dishes.

Sei Bellissimi: sparkling, original italian aperitifs!

The Sei Bellissimi Bottled Cocktails are a project of the well-known bartender, bar consultant as well as creator of the Mancino Vermouths and the family-run winery Castello Monte Vibiano. In total, six classic aperitif drinks will be remastered with this series. The Sei Bellissimi Bellini, which is created from the combination of sparkling Moscatel wine and peach puree from Trentino Alto Adige, makes a grandiose start. The range also offers a non-alcoholic version of the first Bottled cocktail, which is just as tasty as its big brother: Bellino! Ready to enjoy, the two original Italian aperitifs come in a dark, noble bottle.

The second bottling – Sei Bellissimi Rossini, based on sweet sparkling wine and fresh strawberries – also offers a non-alcoholic version: Sei Bellissimi Rossino.

The „Bellini“ was born by combining Moscato sparkling wine from Piedmont with peaches puree from Trentino Alto Adige: a combination of flavors that will finely envelop you palate and your senses.

With its fresh and delicate flavor and its well-balanced acidity Bellini goes with almost anything. It’s an ideal brunch drink, but it’s just as delicious served at a dinner party as a light drink guests can enjoy with appetizers or finger foods.

Sei Bellissimi Bellino

The first release of Sei Bellissimi also features the non-alcoholic Bellino.

The no/low abv spirit category is going through a time of growth and innovation, offering different ways to experience flavors and ingredients while catering to consumers who want to avoid consumption of alcohol. Bellino is part of this trend with this brand new product made from the same ingredients but a different production process: Natural white peaches pulp is combined with white Moscato most, obtaining the alike aromatic flavors of the alcoholic version.
