Sei Bellissimi: sparkling, original italian aperitifs!

The Sei Bellissimi Bottled Cocktails are a project of the well-known bartender, bar consultant as well as creator of the Mancino Vermouths and the family-run winery Castello Monte Vibiano. In total, six classic aperitif drinks will be remastered with this series. The Sei Bellissimi Bellini, which is created from the combination of sparkling Moscatel wine and peach puree from Trentino Alto Adige, makes a grandiose start. The range also offers a non-alcoholic version of the first Bottled cocktail, which is just as tasty as its big brother: Bellino! Ready to enjoy, the two original Italian aperitifs come in a dark, noble bottle.

The „Bellini“ was born by combining Moscato sparkling wine from Piedmont with peaches puree from Trentino Alto Adige: a combination of flavors that will finely envelop you palate and your senses.

 

With its fresh and delicate flavor and its well-balanced acidity Bellini goes with almost anything. It’s an ideal brunch drink, but it’s just as delicious served at a dinner party as a light drink guests can enjoy with appetizers or finger foods.

The no/low abv spirit category is going through a time of growth and innovation, offering different ways to experience flavors and ingredients while catering to consumers who want to avoid consumption of alcohol. Bellino is part of this trend with this brand new product made from the same ingredients but a different production process: Natural white peaches pulp is combined with white Moscato most, obtaining the alike aromatic flavors of the alcoholic version.
