Penelope Bourbon: American whiskey made from four different grains!
Penelope Bourbon was named after the daughter of the brand’s co-founder, Michael Palatini. Together with his childhood friend Daniel Polise, he dedicated himself to developing a straight bourbon whiskey that everyone can enjoy. The personal choice of name symbolizes love, care, and dedication—qualities that are also reflected in the production of their bourbon.
The mash is made from a blend of corn, rye, wheat, and malted barley. This gives the whiskeys a unique complexity that connoisseurs particularly appreciate.
