This liqueur is based on a distillate made from fresh sugar cane, which is refined with a small amount of matured rum and then married with fresh passion fruit. The Chinola Mango Liqueur is made from a distillate of fresh sugar cane juice, which is refined with a small amount of mature rum and then combined with some passion fruit. Unlike the Passion Fruit Liqueur, this is followed by the addition of Keitt, Kent and Banilejo mangoes, which ensures a great balance between sweetness and acidity in the liqueur.
