In 2006, Emma and Jeremy Borg decided to create a wine company with one aim – to raise money to build a more hopeful future for the remarkable and highly endangered painted wolf. Former professional chef Jeremy uses his sensoric skills to create wines which are balanced and harmonious, collaborating with vineyards in South Africa’s renowned wine making regions.
A medium-bodied Pinotage with ripe mulberry, savoury spice, milk chocolate and toasty wood flavours. Pinotage 85%, Shiraz 15%.
Painted Wolf’s flagship wine, this Pinotage comes from organic grapes and is bright and vibrant with spicy red berry fruit, ripe tannins and a long, lingering finish. Pinotage 100%, aged for 14 months in French and American oak.

Elegant, multi-layered Sauvignon Blanc which reminds of a dry white Bordeaux. Green fruits, citrus, dried herbs and a hint of creamy vanilla blend into a rich texture. Aged in French oak and concrete barrels.
